*Nine-grain cereal consists of cracked wheat, barley corn, millet, oats, triticale, brown rice, soy and fax seed and is avialable for purchase either in bulk or pre boxed. It may be carried in a large grocery store or a natural food store. Seven-grain cereal may be used as a substitute.
